Commercialization Reactor has created the leading cooperation network of Latvian and international universities, in order to promote the commercialisation of science in Latvia. This includes 30+ universities and research centres, such as University of Latvia, Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis, Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Ljubljana, University of Maribor, University of Salamanca, National Polytechnic University of Armenia, National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic», The University of Huddersfield, and many more.
“If we want economic transformation, which can be largely achieved through deep-tech entrepreneurship, then it is important for us to create as many [deep-tech] startups as possible. Yes, about 30% of them will go out of business in the first few years, but those that continue to thrive have high potential to add value. Therefore, it is important to build a wide cooperation network of universities and research institutes in order to have access to as many scientific discoveries as possible, which we can bring and develop in Latvia, and the company would stay here,” explains Nikolai Adamovitch, CEO & Founder of Commercialization Reactor.
